Based on the Grand Prix model, the Model Vitesse embodies the refinements and extra tuning which, as a rule, are found only in the special and privately owned cars of manufacturers themselves, and a special engine and specially light body are fitted to ensure a high average of speed on hills and the level.

The engine has a higher compression, special tuning, lighter valves, special G.N. light steel pistons – machined from the solid bar - and light connecting rods.  The exhaust system is particularly free from back pressure; in this model a free and efficient exhaust has been desired before actual silence.

Throughout the car no expense has been spared to save unnecessary weight; the body is of aluminium, streamline in form and with staggered seats; the whole idea throughout is to keep the car light, lively and free from cumbersome and weighty accessories.  As a result, a speed of 62mph is guaranteed, and the car has been found to pass on hills all standard automobiles.
