The team at the Archives were delighted to welcome over 70 visitors to the recent exhibition at Henley, devoted to the OHC GN engines.

The star of the show is undoubtedly the original and unique T-cam engine, presented by Jon Rose. This engine is the one used by Archie to take the 1100cc class in the 1921 200-Mile Race. Also on display is the V-cam Akela engine in Robert Haynes Brown’s car and Tom McEwan’s familiar Vitesse.

It is planned to hold a second Exhibition Day for those who either missed the first day or would like a second viewing.

This will be held on:- Sunday 29th October 10am – 4pm

The Archives is tucked behind Hofmans, Newtown Business Park, Reading Road, Henley RG9 1HG
